I like it too. If it was mine, probably I'd have it in a frame sitting near the machine.

I recently bought a Vic II Humpback and was checking it out and found this long dead mouse captured just under the reproducer. I imagine he wiggled his way down there and could not back out around the bend! I am going to leave him there for the next guy.

Found period advertisement (paper bag) from a Radio/Phonograph shop in my home town of Warrenton, Va. It had a 3 digit phone number and picture of a Victor upright on the advertisement (I framed it). Found one of those small telescope like cylinders which are held up to the eye and have a picture or joke inside - this one had a cartoon drawing of a beautiful blonde with a doctor examining her posterior with a magnifying glass and saying "I don't know what your Boss means, I don't see any lead in there", old old pack of pills with prescription for pain - 20-30 popcicle sticks.

I found 132 love letters under the motor and resting on an internal horn (presumably to hide them from the owner's wife!) of a machine I bought.

I remember buying a Vic. 3 and in the "U" tube I found what I thought was a bug nest. turns out it was a Morse clarifier. I'm just glad I didn't just pull it out rough. It's made with small paper tubes bound by a brass band.
