While searching for *gulp* LP records, I came across this cover. I have some Scrappy on 78rpm dime store labels........why in blazes is he posing with an Edison Laboratory Model??????????????????????

Interesting. I have Scrappy on a red 10" Perfect singing "Ready for the River" and "My Pet" with Sam Lanin's band. Always liked his renditions of these old songs. BTW, this Perfect was the only record that came with my XI when I purchased it in 1980. Thanks for posting the photo; it's great to see what the man looked like (though older here, I assume).
