Not sure if I've posted this here before, or if that was the old board. Anyway........
The NYPL has had this picture on their website for years, which should be an embarrassment to them. What idiots!

It's a very "Museum" attitude- unless they have a very good reason to alter it (and the money) the way it is is the way it stays.
