My rear mount Talk-O-Phone reproducer needs to be rebuilt. Is this best left to an expert? Thanks, Jerry

If the reproducer on a rear mount is the same as on a front mount, I don't see why you can't rebuild it yourself. You just have to get flat gaskets instead of round....

As I recollect, if you can get a thin blade or a very small screwdriver between the ring and the gasket and carefully ease it out, that should work. If you can start at the gap in the ring, that's best....
