repro edison reproducers for a "new polyphone attachment"

i have lately had a fascination with the polyphone reproducers and had my heart set on buying one........untill i was told it would cost about $7,000
since i am planning on buying a edison 2 clip standard, i would like to have a polyphone for it but i will have to make one myself.
can someone tell me if reproduction automatic reproducers are being made (what was originally used in the polyphone") and if they are, what they will cost
and also, how much are reproduction model B reproducers?
