I've bought quite a few from a gentleman in PA. They are very nice with the end caps. His name is Jim Reisenweber out of Erie, PA. If you need a phone # send me a pm and I'll relay that to you. I do not have an email address for him.

I have purchased 2 sets online from Phonophan and was pleased as well.
You will have to glue the endcaps in and stamp the peg # (if you want that) yourself.
