It is just a natural instinct to spend the less we can for a machine. But we do not expect to get a pristine piece if we get it cheap, we will also be ready spend money and labour to compensate the low price. No one will let go a machine in almost mint condition for peanuts. If we want a certain machine, we must be ready to pay for the fair market value in your location. My two cents.
