I'm passing on this video from The Colonel (Thank you sir for posting it) because it is too good to miss. Eddie Peabody was a technical marvel on the banjo, though IMHO his playing can be a little too flashy to be tasteful. (I like Harry Reser better myself). This record goes along beautifully- until Eddie takes it into his head to sing- and then you'll wish he wouldn't.
Honestly- even Rudy Vallee sang St Louis Blues better than this:
