This has been sitting in a garage, and I had no idea what is was and have been doing some research. Turns out the one that's on this link is exactly what I have.

It's a Fairy Phono Lamp from 1920s.

What's there is in decent shape. It would probably have to be rewired, and then one of the arms is broken off, see pictures.
Definitely a restoration project or good for parts.
