With the original number & lead-out groove, it seems. I wonder what the "M M M M" signifies...

(Is "The Gypsy Baron" on the reverse, same as the red-label OKeH? )

Has anyone ever come across the Okeh Laughing Dance Record? Jim Walsh described it as "A Fox Trot with guffaws"

Yes, as mentioned in another thread, I picked up a Diamond Disk C150 earlier this week that came with a big stack of DDs and 78s. This was one of the 78s. Unfortunatly it has a chip out of the edge, but it stopped right next to the first grove so with some care it plays fine.

My copy has a black, or possibly very dark purple label, with the OKeh logo, but with "General Phonograph Corporation, New York" as the maker at the bottom of the label. Where the number is embossed, there is a "TTT" superscript where the "MMM" is on the one in the picture and a "10" superscript after the number. Has same record number and also has "The Gypsy Baron" on the reverse. (What a strange combination!)
