I found a nice Granada on Craigslist with a swan neck tone arm and a very low serial # 7112. this combination usually screams Brass Orthophonic reproducer on board. The unit is too far for me to travel so if anyone is near Pittsburgh PA check it out.
The seller is asking $100.00

Seems to be very old - from 1904.

As collectors we are aware that this Granada is an early Orthophonic produced in 1925. To an uninformed seller the patent date of 1904 on the builders tag is the year it must have been made. Nearly 80% of the listings on ebay incorrectly cite the builders tag patent dates as the date of manufacture.

Ha this is the one I ended up buying in June. It got marked down to $45 but has a pot metal reproducer and was refinished. It is a 1925 but more toward the tail end of production that year. Still a steal in my opinion and after I sent the reproducer out it really is a great sounding machine
