Is this a Viva Tonal tone arm?

This came on my VV-X. I know the reproducer is Columbia...anyone know if this looks like a matching tone arm?

Yes, it is correct. Here is a picture of a viva tonal 710 I used to have.

Mine is in great shape. It looks like it will shine up nicely. Funny to get such a nice piece on a beat up Victrola
