Mystery Tone Arm (to me anyway)

Anyone recognize this tone arm? This is the last of the items in a box of parts I have been carrying around.

It's a late model Pathé arm. The reproducer swivels on the arm for both needle cut and Pathé records. I never saw one of these in gold.
