The machine itself is, the horn isnt, that is a 20s radio horn that has been attached to the machine, as far as i can tell, just for display

A frankenphone for sure. This is a Victrola VI (not to be confused with a Victor Talking Machine VI) Someone added tubing to connect to what I think is a Magnavox or similar radio horn from the mid 20s. The Victrola VI has an internal horn.
