I have decided to sell my Standard E mentioned in this thread: http://forum.talkingmachine.info/viewto ... f=2&t=9501 in order to pay for a new acquisition. If interested the listing can be seen here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/181006880922?ss ... 1555.l2649
I does play well and comes with everything needed to operate except the cylinder. I hate to see it go.

Really nice. If I weren't going out on 4-6 weeks short term disability I would be all over this. I already know what a reliable seller you are.

Re: Edison Standard E with blue Morning Glory Horn for sale
Thanks, Moxie. I am listing my Standard B now. Lower price, but not horn or repro. I have a reproduction horn and C repro for it, but I am saving them for the Triumph I intend to buy from Kevin. I also picked up a standard D last week from a craigslist add. Once I have the triumph, I will probably sell the D if you are inteested. Replacing the mandrel bearing on the D this week, then it will be in working condition. It just needed a little TLC. I did not see the sense in keeping a 4 min and a 2 min machine when I have one coming that will play both. Besides, my wife hated the big BLUE morning glory horn. I will be looking soon for a cygnet horn and crane for the Triumph.

Yes,Kevin actually warned me you would be selling a few machines. I am buying his XVI....I knew that sucker would sell fast. One with the blue morning glory horn was for sale on our craigslist for $1600. I can't believe your wife didn't like it. If I am back to work by the time you are selling the D I definitely would be interested. I pick up shifts to cover my splurges

The Standard E sold, so now I have listed my Stanard B. With the D working and the Triumph coming soon, no need to keep it. Listing is here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/181010759307?ss ... 1555.l2649
Thanks,
