Beautiful Victor 125 for sale

Post by solophoneman »

Somebody should buy this one. If I had the room, I would be on my up there right now. A Gorgeous seldom seen Victor VV-125. This and the Victor VV-130 were the top of the line Deluxe Uprights that were offered in the early 1920's with Gold Plated Parts, and Bulged front and sides and ornate embellishments, truly a beautiful Classic style upright Victrola. There were only a little over 2000 crank editions of this Deluxe Upright ever produced and sold, so only a small fraction exist today making it a very scarce model for collectors. Grab this baby before it is gone!!

At a really great price, too. I have a VV-120, but would love a 125...

The thing is, if you have the dough, and want a beautiful deluxe top of the line upright Victrola at a good price, and have the room for it, you should grab it. This model is so rarely seen, and especially in this kind of condition !!! He who hesitates is lost. I would be very surprised if someone has not already bought this one. Most of us may never see one of these beauties ever again.

I missed out on one of these literally by hours a couple of years ago for more than this price. Would've been worth every penny, too. Somebody should grab this, I certainly would, but space won't allow me to at this point!

I wonder if this has sold as yet. I am sitting here drooling over it, hoping that some collector has had the good sense to buy it. Does anyone know?

The craigslist link still works witch suggests it is still available and you should mail the owner. :-)

I agree, he is much closer than me by at least an hour!! Cash that federal income tax refund check and go buy it. Then you can make it the next featured phonograph here on the forum. Hmmm, I believe he may have taken our advice, the auction has expired and has not been relisted. Hopefully one of our members is now the proud owner of this beauty. Be sure to list it in the next featured phonograph thread. We all want to see some really nice digitals of this rare classic exquisite upright Victor.
