Help w/ Columbia BK Graphophone

While attempting to tighten the retaining screw that keeps the gear (pic #1) on this shaft, I snapped the head off the screw. Can anyone tell me how to remove this short shaft (pic #2)? Also, where might I find replacement shaft/screw and the mandrel shaft (pic#3)? I am also needing a speed adjustment nut for this same machine. Thanks! Roy
