New Cylinder Record - previously unreleased Happiness Boys

We just finished the mold for our latest release. It is a previously unreleased selection by The Happiness Boys, Billy Jones & Ernie Hare. Kurt Nauck (http://www.78rpm.com) discovered a radio transcription disc containing this performance of 'That's what the animals do". We normally make a white plastic test record before putting the mold into production use. There is a couple tics in the intro, but feel it doesn't detract from the overall performance so we are going to stick with this as the final product. I don't know the date of the original broadcast, but I'm going to assume early 1930's.

We used one of Chuck Richards extend blanks for the master. Recording was done using an 1898 Edison Home Phonograph top with an electric motor drive. Electric Recorder is of our own design, driven directly from the headphone output of an iPhone.
