Lakeside 'ROTOMETER' - Check Rotation Speed

Just discovered a Lakeside 'Rotometer', apparently a device that allows you to check the rpm rate on your turntable. It is easier pictured than described. I've never seen one of these before. It came in a small box of stuff with an Edison C-250 from a couple weeks ago. Pretty cool little gadget!

I think it is calibrated for 78 rpm.
