Aladdin and his Marvellous Diamond Disc

The Edison Diamond Disc ads from the 'teens usually consist of an Edison artist standing beside a C250 with their mouth open. Not this one. It's amusing, and taken from the January 1918 issue of the Canadian Home Journal. Although I think I'd have wished for Albert Spalding and Billy Murray too. ;)

Aladdin looks more than a bit like Caruso. Possibly by design?
