Anyone know when this machine was made by the serial number? Victor I 45486. Thanks

That's a late one. According to The Victor Data Book, No.45486 would be a Victor I Type F, first shipped November 29, 1915 (No.39401). There are no subsequent dates for further guidance, but I'd guess 1916-1917 for No.45486.
