I agree that often a brand I have never heard of presents as a very interesting machine.. I watched a small table model in a shop sit for well over a year and it was only priced at 80.00. It was in near perfect shape an played. The brand I can not recall but it was something odd. I really didn't need it and as mentioned sometimes smaller machines won't play the records all the way though which is a problem I try to avoid.

As to price on ebay you mentioned, I have learned something recently. I have missed bidding on at least four items I would have liked to have owned. They did not sell for their opening prices which were reasonable. But when the seller listed them again they sold for several to four times the opening prices. I could have owned them all had I only remembered to bid. Moral is that figuring out what something is worth by following ebay prices is pretty tricky.. There are bargains and there are some way over priced sales. Not sure where or how to decide the right price was?
