Need help with an Amberola V

I am having trouble taking the mandrel shaft out of an Amberola V. I believe I've removed all the set screws. The fly wheel turns on the shaft. The whole assembly turns about 1/8th of a turn and stops. The problem seems to be with the small gear on the left that meshes with a larger gear. The small gear turns slightly on the shaft and stops. All the set screws have been removed. What am I missing? Thanks for any help. Jerry Blais
