UNUSUAL REPRODUCER - SOLD

Unusual reproducer. Box marked "Bayonnette".
Apparatus that holds the needle actually has 2 positions. Plays the usual fashion like that of the Victor reproducers, then the needle carriage can be moved upward to play what would be similar to that of the Bruswick reproducers...yet the hole where the needle is placed is round.
Nevertheless...this is the only one of these that I have seen. The only markings on the reproducer itself are - Patents Pending.
Appears playable in original condition.

But at only $40, it's worth it just for novelty! And, that includes shipping!!
