It's bent pretty good. Almost like a question mark. Sorry, couldn't resist it. Seriously, though, it's very easy to straighten these, unscrew the central screw, hold the bottom firmly,and square to the soundbox, then bend the shaft until the tip of the stylus bar just touches the diaphragm, and the holes on the diaphragm and stylus bar line up, then replace the screw. Just do it slowly to avoid snapping the shaft.
