No, this motor appears to be Heinemann Model 33 "Motor of Quality", whereas that "Independant" machine uses a larger unit, which appears to be a Model 77, just like the Pathé motor posted by the Dutchman.
The Model 33 was used in smaller machines including even a few better portables of the 1920 period. Commonlu found in "Outing" and "Modernola" portables with their polished mahogany, walnut, or red gum cabinets.
