Standard Talking Machine traveling arm Question

I just noticed today that my Standard Talking Machine Style X has the traveling arm of an X-2. The strange part is that the horn in the straight black horn instead of the flowered horn which the x-2 support arm was designed for. Does my machine have the right traveling arm or is this some sort of a transitional machine between the Style X and the X-2?
Any ideas would be appreciated.

As far as I know, the label on the machine was always "Style - X", only the support arm and the traveling arm are marked X2. The only difference seems to be that the X2 combination is a bit longer to accommodate the larger morning glory style horns. As long as both support arm and traveling arm are marked X2 it should not be a problem, even with the bell type horn. The only problem would be to have an X support arm and with an X2 traveling arm (or vice versa), because then the reproducer would not be positioned correctly and put even more drag and wear on the record.
