I think there was one on eBay the other day for $100. Might check it out

My wife bought me a copy for Christmas last year, and even allowing for postage to the UK, this seller was cheaper than any over here.

I understand that it will be available as an e=book soon. I got the Columbia Cylinder Graphophone companion for my iPad, it is great. More info and pictures than the original edition, and it was something like $25 or so. Maybe not quite that much,
