Perfektone Sound Box with Rubber Body

I need to change the diaphragm on a Perfektone rubber bodied sound box. Have any of you done this?

It took a while but I figured it out and finished the job today. It was probably easy back in the day but now with the rubber perished it was rather difficult. I'll post photos soon.
