Edison B-19 Chalet Decals?

I am wondering if the B-19 Chalet has stripping and any slow or fast decal for the speed control knob on the bedplate?

Mine is black and only has the Edison signature decal.

That's correct what you have. The gold stripes were used until about 1916, and your machine came out in 1919. By that time, the bed plates were all black with the Edison script decal.
