Looks all wrong ?

Could this be a Franken / Crapophone? Price seems to be climnbing.

Definately a wrong 'un. The motor looks to be a Garrard from a thirties portable, as does the turntable. The Goldring soundbox dates from around the 1950s, and the back bracket is a repro. The horn looks as though it might be a genuine old one, though.

I'll say this much... the spelling on the decal is unique...

The part about this post that seems "wrong" is the location...... :lol: :lol: :lol: :roll:. US PHONO, you do know our forum has a section for Ebay & Cl listings......right?...... ;)

No, wrong. The ebay/C-list area is only for listings as they are - not to alert us to errors/lies/frauds.
