Standard D mech w/ C, H & recorder on CL $200

I've communicated with this fellow to try to clarify his ad -- it is actually an Edison Standard D mechanism mounted in some sort of a cabinet with the bell of a red morning glory horn being used as the speaker. The mech is connected to the horn with a rubber tube. He also has a Model C reproducer (the Model H is in the carriage) and a recorder. The pot metal bearing spins freely and the motor works. He wants $200 whether you take the case or not. Here's the listing:
