I can't help with the top machine-but the bottom one is a Victor RE-45

Rich, the one on top looks an awful lot like a Premier that sold at auction in Massachusetts in the last month or so. I'm pretty sure I saved a picture of it but it may take me a while to find it. Meanwhile here's a link to another Premier showing a similar configuration, though the style is different:

I can't seem to find the Massachusetts example, but here's another pic I just snagged off the net that appears to be the same as the machine in your pic.
