I found a phonograph and horn I am interested in but the seller doesn't want to ship it. Is anyone located near Mentor, Ohio that would be willing to pick it up and either ship it to me or maybe bring it to the North Carolina phonograph show?
A long shot I know, but I thought I would ask.
thanks,

It works. I've used it many times. If you're looking for a free ride for your machine, well, good luck! Alternatively, you could try Greyhound?

Check Don Gfel who owns "Sights and Sounds of Edison" in Milan, OH. Don ususally sets up at the phonograph shows. I am not sure if he will attend the North Carolina show, but it doesn't hurt to ask. Mentor, OH is only 90 minutes from Milan. Ask the seller whether he/she could drop the phonograph off at Don's shop if Don agrees to bring the phonograph to North Carolina.
