Al- I think the flat bottomed IX should look good on your cabinet.

I went to the closet where I have a few skeleton machines. Haven't looked for about 20 years, but I found a VV-IX with a flat bottom and a VV-IX-A with feet. The VV=IX fits on the record cabinet where the VV-IX-A does not due to the feet, just like chem_jv. I hope I can mix and match the parts because I only have 1 lid, 1 motor, 1 tonearm between the two machines. Should be an interesting project. Al

I have a few parts from a VV-IX (early version), if you need something, maybe I can help. I just restored an oak IX and have a few things left over.
