Sean, I see what you mean. I did not notice the imprinted number inside the label. I was thinking about the labels that have a tab at the top that clearly identify the serial number. See the picture.

Tamagno was the first recording artist to receive royalties on his work, and he was paid a cash advance of £2000, so the records needed to sell well in order to recoup G&T's investment. Despite their high price of £1 each, they did.

Unless I have experience with them, I always suggest detailed packing methods to the sellers in a polite way. I even offer to pay extra if the seller feels I'm being excessive.
