Small 7" Columbia records

These small 7" and simple labeled Columbia single-sided disc records - can anyone tell me the aprox. years these were made and what machine they were designed to be used on?

Nice record! Those early 7-inch records always fascinate me. I've got only three 7-inch dic records.
