My first Victor Talking Machine! Model I, original horn
Wanted to show off my very first "antique" phonograph. It's a Victor Model I. I just got the horn and all I need is the "Y" clip to hold the horn on to the elbow. I have always wanted one and after watching some videos of them on Youtube, I was hooked! Thanks for providing this forum, it has been a huge help for me.

Nice machine. It's looking good. Ron Sitko makes the "Y" connector. They are very accurate reproductions.

Congratulations on your first machine. If your like me you'll never forget your first machine , although mine wasn't worth remembering. But my first outside horn machine which was a Victor II will always be a fond memory. Your Victor I looks like a nice machine and they're good playing, well built machines also. I always liked these little Victor 1's as they seemed so well proportioned in size.
Best Regards, Larry

Very nice, congratulations!!! Welcome to the hobby.
(P.S., swing the tone arm over the other other side of the record and you'll look like a real pro!)
