I believe this to be a Hawthorn and Sheble crane. It is suitable and will work well on an Edison Home, Standard or Triumph. As well, it works on Columbia machines, certainly and A or an N. Being very adjustable, it will work with most smaller, as well as most larger horns (and all in between)This one is in as found condition and could use a little cleaning up. It will make a nice crane for someone who wants an all original example for their machine.
The price is SOLD. Shipping and insurance only are additional. I will pay for the cost of a well packaged item.

I have this same crane on my Edison Model B Standard. What model is it and when was it made?

It's a Hawthorne & Sheble No.5. The patent for it was filed in November 1904 and advertisements for it appeared in the Talking Machine World in March 1905. An article illustrating and describing all H&S cranes appeared in the September 2010 issue of The Sound Box.Phonofreak wrote:I have this same crane on my Edison Model B Standard.
