This the first Supraphon acoustic machine I have seen.
The rear of the tonearm is clearly of UK Columbia Plano-Reflex design, which leads me to wonder whether the two companies were ever connected. This seems unlikey as the Supraphon name was not registered until 1932, by which time Columbia was part of EMI and their Plano-Reflex machines were being phased out.

It could be that being in Czechoslovakia they copied an obsolete pattern hoping that Columbia wouldn't bother prosecuting
