WANTED: Edison Banner Home lid guide plate -FOUND
I am in need of one lid guide plate and the two mounting screws for an Edison Home (banner model) The lid slides through these two metal guide plates - one of mine is missing on the case. Thanks for checking your parts stash for me

Is that size unique to the long green Home? I should have something. Should I bring it to Wayne? Jerry

Re: WANTED: Edison Banner Home lid guide plate
I'm not really sure Jerry - I have two green oak case banner Home phonographs and they are the same. I picked this one up and the cabinet base was in several pieces. After putting it / gluing it back together I found out I was missing the one lid guide plate and two screws where the lid bars slide through. I am also missing the four inside corner triangular braces that keep the tongue & grove cabinet from falling apart again. I can probably buy a long strip at the Home Depot and cut them down to size and re-glue / clamp them into the coners again. I bought this literally in a big box all in pieces and I am carefully putting it all back together in my spare time. Like a puzzle! So thanks again Jerry, let me know

Re: WANTED: Edison Banner Home lid guide plate
Brian, I spoke too soon. I've looked in the usual places and found a pair of guides for a Standard but nothing for a Home. I'll keep looking. Jerry

Brian, if nothing else turns up, George Vollema is sure to have one.
