Edison record slat removal

Post by Tpapp54321 »

I am working on cleaning my Edison l-19 and want to clean out the record storage slats but can't figure out how to remove the box holding them. The record storage I am referring to is the ones used on Edison s-19 and pretty much every model that had record slats. Help would be much appreciated.

Anyone?... There's some papers shoved inside that I am really curious about.

Some of the cognoscenti might be away from their computers, due to the show at Wayne...

I'll take a look at my C-19 and see if anything leaps-out at me...

Did you try removing My LC 38 has wood screws on the slanted, index board, and 2 screws above on the more rectangle upper board. My C-19 only has 2 wood screws on the above, large flt board. Remove the top board and they should come out on an angle, they are bristol board type material with a fabric tape on the front.

My BC-34 has the same arrangement.
