My guess is that it looks like a Pathé horn. The fitting that connects to the horn looks similar to a Pathé.

According to the seller, it's from an (exceedingly rare) "GRAMAPHONE". It may not fit some other device!

A very common mis-spelling on UK eBay. Even when confronted with the word "Gramophone" inside the lid of an HMV machine, many sellers still get it wrong.

A less common mis-spelling I sometimes see is "Grammerphone"...... :evil:
