Renton Washington Auction

Post by Scott »

Thisn't ebay or CL but there is going to be an auction in Renton Wa on 1 May that is selling quite a few machines and what looks like, some parts and/or accessories.

Hope to see some of you there.

Note that picture 47, despite the credit, shows a 1940s Paramount reissue from John Steiner. It has the telltale silver print and the 14000 series issue number, which the Grafton, Wisconsin Paramount never used. I wonder if this will be bid high by people who are fooled into thinking this is an original Paramount.--Mark

I have worked on the countertop jukebox and electrola in this auction. I got a call from the wife who listed these and her husband is now in a long term care facility. The are some issues with missing parts since his Parkinson's and Alzheimer's took control of his life. I was asked to look at the items before the auction but doubt I can do much.

There is no online auction capabilities but absentee bids are accepted.
