Do you mean something like a Style 250 Reginaphone? I don't believe the tone arm for an inside horn Reginaphone is the same as for a Grafonola Deluxe.

A Style 240 Reginaphone and Columbia Grafonola Deluxe are the same inside-horn machines, albeit with different insignia. The tone arms historically broke off when it was left swung outward and the very heavy lid came crashing down on it. That is why there are so many of these models kicking around without tone arms. This tone arm was unique to this design and replacements have become next to impossible to find. I got lucky a few months ago, when after a 3-year search, one turned up. When they do, figure on paying between $1,000 and $2,000 for one.
