1918 Brunswick Phonograph Clicking Noise?

I swear I had no idea lifting the table would fix the problem. That's it......I'm buying lotto tickets this week. Then maybe I can buy another Berliner..... .

Well, I was temporarily blinded by the success of removing the turntable and adjusting the break mechanism, but now I have come to notice the other problem from the original post once more. I'm not sure if the table is warped, or if it's just a certain part causing it to rise and fall, but I'll try and capture it on video, although it's very subtle. The sound is where I notice it the most.
