WANTED: Mahogany VV-XI Cabinet

Ok guys, I'm not looking for a rare or hard to find machine here, but this may be an odd request so I'll explain a bit. I am looking for a mahogany cabinet for a VV- XI later style possibly a "G" suffix. I don't need the whole machine, just the cabinet. Here's how this came to be. I have a friend that asked me a couple years back about possibly restoring a machine that belonged to his wife's grandfather. He sent some photos and at that time it was going to be a pretty extensive job as the machine had sat in a damp basement for who knows how long. Well, they had a baby, time passed and he forgot about it. Not too long ago I received another phonecall about the same machine, this time asking if I would be interested in coming by and picking it up for parts as the basement it was in had flooded and it sat in water for several days and they just wanted it gone due to its current condition. I have spoken with the husband recently and told him that if I could possibly find a donor cabinet I could take all the mechanics and such from his wife's grandfathers machine and put them together getting it as close to the original that I could. He really liked the idea since it was a sentimental piece. Well I know that you are curious as to how it ended up that way, but apparently there was some unknown decisions made as to who received what furniture when the grandfather passed away and the house was locked up and sat empty for several years. Now I am trying to help them out since the cabinet I have now is too far gone to restore. I will be going to Union this year and could meet up with anyone that might have a cabinet I could use. Just let me know what you might have.

Thanks Mike, I am in Alabama, but I could pick up a cabinet anywhere along my route to the show or meet someone at Union that might have one.
