Great Edison Concert! I have the same model but much later production. You asked about the lid locking latches. Here are a few pictures of mine. I believe that the same latch type was also used on the Edison Spring Motor Phonograph ( early Triumph)

Thanks for your pics. really helpful for me. I just wonder that can you separate the press knob protruding out the lid from the locker? There is no thread on locker apparently. Are they welded or pressed together? Here is mine:

Hello,
If I remove the screw the first metal spring piece will come off but the inside plate and the button cannot be removed. The button has a short narrow shaft that is riveted to the inside plate.
