It looks like it was stored in a sauna...

That said, if all the wood is present, and just delaminated, AND, all the mechanical / electronic bits are there and restoreable, then I would have a go at restoration.

Yes, it WILL be a project, probably MMTB (more money than brains), but somebody had to glue the darned thing together in the first place...


Why not give it a try ... ?

If you're missing the amp, antenna, etc., it could take a while to source replacements. This could be restored, and it would be great to see restored, but it will take a while, if only for want of missing parts. The replacement pot metal parts will also cost some money to have made up if you don't have them.
