I agree. Just buy it (at a good price) and get it over with. Now there's a chance that it will exceed the BIN price.

If anything will hold this machine back it's the "Local pick-up only" restriction. If the seller is really not willing to cooperate with a mover and shipper then they might have a hard time selling it.

I got my Credenza from a Craigslist seller about 3 hours away. She told me she'd had offers from as far away as Ohio but she wouldn't accept them because she wouldn't deal with shipping. Orthosean helped me get it, and I've been very happy.
